At YNC Pet Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all original labels and accessories.
  • Be in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products.
  • Used products.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Products that have been partially consumed.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Gift cards (if offered).
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

Once the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used, it is not eligible for return or refund.

This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of pet wellness products for all customers.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • defective,
  • incomplete,
  • or you receive the wrong product,

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.


4. Return Authorization

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Returns require prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

YNC Pet Care is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the return results from our error.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


9. International Orders

Returns from international destinations must comply with the customs regulations of the originating and destination countries.

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning eligible products unless the return is due to our error.


10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided under the applicable laws of your country of residence.

Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those described in this policy, those legal rights will apply.
