1. Shipping Origin

All orders are prepared and shipped from Türkiye by YNC Pet Care, a brand of YENİÇAĞ ECZA SANAYİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected international destinations across North America, Europe, and other supported markets.

Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout and may change over time.


3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional campaigns, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.


4. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping methods may vary depending on:

The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout whenever possible.


5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

Most international orders are delivered within approximately 3–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Local regulations
  • Force majeure events

YNC Pet Care cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping service.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.


7. Duties and Import Taxes

Where available, international orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

When DDP shipping is available, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated during checkout, allowing customers to receive their orders without unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Some countries or shipping methods may not support DDP services. In such cases, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges required by their destination country.


8. Customs Clearance

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with local import regulations.

Delays caused by customs authorities are outside the control of YNC Pet Care.


9. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country.


10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

YNC Pet Care is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete recipient information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused deliveries

If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:
